Report on Closed Session and Approval of Agenda

The Board approved the agenda, pulling Consent Item

5.3-C, Approval of HKIT Architects for the Portable 

Replacement Project for discussion, with staff pulling Action Item 5.2-A,
Approval of Schematic Design of the Project at LeConte Elementary Schools to
return at a later date.

All Consent Items, including 5.3-C were approved.
