STUDENT DAILY BULLETIN

*New to the bulletin today


ADMINISTRATION

*1.  Completed Fall PE waivers are due to the attendance office by tomorrow -- Friday, January 11th. The deadline is firm.

* 2. If you have 30 or more unverified period absences you will be restricted from attending Junior dinner or Senior prom.  You can attend Saturday School to clear up some hours and be eligible to attend those events.  The next Saturday School will be on january19th.  Students with 30+ unverified absences are invited to come to the Attendance Office to sign up for Saturday School.

 *3. There will be a very brief Technovation meeting today after school in room G200.  Please bring your consent forms.  Interested students can sign up with Ms. James in Attendance until January 17th. There will be a mandatory make up hack Day on Saturday, January 19th.

*4. PE Waivers for Spring Semester will be handed out next week only. There will be an optional Q and A meeting on Friday, January 18th at 3:45pm in the Little Theater.  This meeting is mandatory for any students participating in the YMCA program, but optional for others.

*5. PSAT Results: PSAT score reports have arrived and are ready for distribution. Students can retrieve your score reports from the College/Career center (D221) during lunch or after school from 3:30-4:00 pm.  Students must bring your school ID or another form of identification, and you may only pick up your personal score report.




CLUBS

*1.  Come support The Jacket newspaper fundraiser! It is pricey to cover the printing expenses of The Jacket and we need your help! We will be selling a delectable array of scrumptious goodies on Fourth Street on Saturday, January 12 between 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Our bake sale booth will be located near the plaza where Manhattan Bagel and Papyrus is. (We apologize for canceling the bake sale on December 22 due to rain).
 
*2.  Applications have opened for leadership positions for next year.  Grab one now through March 1st in the leadership office!


SPORTS

*1. Boys Basketball: Berkeley v. Bishop O’Dowd on Friday, January 11 @ Bishop O’Dowd in Oakland
Freshman at 4pm ;  JV at 5:30pm ; Varsity at 7:00pm
 

EVENTS / PERFORMANCES

*1. Berkeley High School Presents: 
Dance Production 2013 
Fridays & Saturdays, January 11,12, 18 & 19
.
7:00pm  (box office opens at 6)  
Pay what you can on Friday, January 18 (no one turned away)
 
$12 general, $5 student/senior
.  Florence Schwimley Little Theater on Allston.
