[BHS Etree] HEALTH CENTER: Flu Vaccine

The Berkeley High Health Center has limited amounts of flu vaccine available
for BHS students.  Students should come to the Health Center and get a
consent form, have a parent sign it and return it to get the vaccine. 

 

If the student is 18yrs or older, they may sign for themselves.
