Winter sports tryouts begin Monday, November 5, 2012.

Have you had your sports physical yet? You can’t try out without one! 

LifeLong Berkeley Primary Care will be providing sports physicals on Thursday and Friday but you have to make an appointment. Go to the Athletic Director’s office in J207 on the second floor of the new gym for more info on costs, required paperwork and how to schedule an appointment. 

Deadline to schedule an appointment is 8:00 pm, Tuesday, October 30.
