Oh, what a gloomy Monday: rain, umbrellas, dark skies...But, what  vivid
memories left from last week: Shimmering Gold lame costumes, painted Red
faces, exuberant student body, 78 lime-green Volunteers and five intrepid
Captains!  The New Venue with its shiny new bleachers and four entrances was
not without its challenges--including the Sophomore Class Great Escape--but
the music was loud, the students excited, and the football team enthused.
Victory Friday Night over San Leandro 12-7, and victory every day at
Berkeley High with its 3,300 wonderful students.  

 

We are a lucky school, supported by a strong community.  Thank you, one and
all.
