[BHS Etree] VOLUNTEERS: SPECIAL Call for Four Rally Usher Captains

We need four volunteers who can be the a Rally Usher Captains for the rally on Friday, Oct. 19.  

Each captain will be in charge of seating a grade.  I am asking captains to meet on Thursday, Oct. 18  at 1 p.m. to walk over the rally grounds and see where volunteers should be positioned.  On rally day itself, captains should arrive by 1 p.m.  to assign volunteers to positions.  Please let me know if you are interested in being a Rally Usher Captain.
