Attention families of Berkeley High sophomores and juniors:

UC Berkeley's People's Test Preparation Service (PTPS, www.ptps.org) is
conducting a free PSAT preparation workshop on Saturday morning, September
29 from 10 AM to noon. 

 

The workshop will be repeated on Sunday morning, September 30, from 10 AM to
noon.

On both Saturday and Sunday, the workshop will be held in 31 Evans Hall, on
the UC Berkeley campus.

 

This two-hour workshop will be conducted by Raymond Barglow, Ph.D. and will
explain strategies for answering PSAT questions correctly.

The workshop will review the three subject areas of the test -- critical
reading, math, and English writing/grammar -- and suggest methods for doing
well in each area.
