4.1-A Temporary Borrowing of Funds and 5.1-A Facilities Plan Update to
Consent, pulling Consent Items 3.1-C Approval of Child Development Contract

This report is an update of the Maintenance Yearly Plan and BB expenditures
from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. This report is not a comprehensive
look at the activities in this fund; that more comprehensive look occurs
when the Annual Plan is developed. This report will be presented to the
FSMOC on October 4, 2012.
