FREE

Admission to the Exploratorium for ALL high school students on Sunday,

August 19, 2012!

This special event is part of our celebration of Exploratorium founder

Dr. Frank Oppenheimer's 100th Birthday. Dr. Oppenheimer was a pioneer

who started the High School Explainer Program over 40 years ago. His

philosophy was to staff the museum floor with young people who were

interested in learning science. To date, the Exploratorium has

provided approximately 4,000 individuals with the opportunity to work

as an Explainer. To help honor this achievement, the Exploratorium's

Xtech Program along with other Bay Area Youth Science Programs will

also be on hand from 12-4 pm showcasing their programs while providing

fun, hands-on science activities on the museum floor.

To receive the free admission offer, STUDENTS MUST BE ON THE GUEST

LIST! RSVP now at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ExploratoriumAugust19
