[BHS Etree] Sports: Fall Tryouts and New Athletic Packets

Congratulations to all 1,100 student athletes who competed on Berkeley High
teams in 2011-2012.   

For all returning student athletes and prospective students, please remember
to get a medical exam by your physician before the next tryout date for your
sport.  You must have a doctor sign the medical exam form that you are
healthy to tryout and compete in high school sports.

Please destroy the old athletic packets since there is a new, revised copy.
You may pick up the new athletic packet in the Athletic Office before June
15 or print them at home from the Berkeley High Athletics web site at:

 www.berkeleyhighathletics.org

Save the date for fall tryouts on August 13 (except Football on August 6).
More details in a separate message.
