BHS STUDENT DAILY BULLETIN

 *New or updated information

 ADMIN

1. Students, please start returning any textbooks that you are no longer
using to the textbook room.  This will help the collection process at the
end of the year and relieve you of all of those books!  The textbook room is
open 15 min. before school, 15 min. after school and lunchtime Monday -
Thursday.

 2. Attention all BHS students!  Only 4 school days left until finals begin!
The College and Career Center is open Monday - Thursday from 3:35 - 6:00 for
drop in tutorial assistance.  We have many highly skilled tutors available
in almost every academic subject.

*3. The summer homework for students who are taking the AP Spanish
Literature class next year is already available for students to pick up in
portable 4 (Ms. Bugarini).

 

*4. If you want a Summer PE Waiver come pick one up in the Attendance
Office. They will be due on June 18th.

5. Join the Jacket!  Apply to be a writer, photographer or illustrator.
Applications are available in C400 and online at
<http://www.bhsjacket.com/> www.bhsjacket.com   Due by June 7th.

SENIORS

 1. Seniors-Urgent Attention!  Diplomas will be mailed during the week of
July 13, 2012.  You will need to provide your SUMMER MAILING ADDRESS if
different from the one currently on file at Berkeley high School.  You will
need to provide the updated address to the Registrar's office at lunch time
and after school (ONLY) until 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday from now until
June 15, 2012.  If you do not receive your diploma by the end of July 2012,
you will need to check with the registrar's office (room D173) when school
resumes.

2. Seniors please pick up your senior exit report from the College Career
Center before school, during lunch or after school.  You must return this
form to be eligible to receive your graduation tickets.

3. You are Invited to the Second Annual Academic Choice Commencement,
Saturday, June 9, 2012, BHS Community Theatre, 3-6 p.m.  Dressy Casual, Free
Sashes and Pins will be handed out to all participating students. Please
invite your relatives and friends.

4. Attention AC Seniors: Don't forget to send your tweets/haikus and photos
to AC2012seniors or ac2012commencement at gmail.com. Make this the best
graduation ever!  Also.if you want your AC Sash?  Come to your commencement
on June 9th at 3pm at the community theater.

*5. If you lost your class ring, please stop by the admin office.   You must
be able to identify the ring in order to claim it.

6. Graduation tickets: Students can purchase tickets at lunch and
afterschool ONLY! 

CLUBS

1. Will your club exist next year?  Wanna get a start on forming a club for
next year?  If you answer yes to either of these questions then you need to
pick up a club registration form in the leadership office.  Registering your
club for next year NOW will lead to opportunities for recruitment,
fundraising, and getting involved in other ways at BHS to make your club the
best it can be.  Get that form TODAY.  Leadership wants to help your club,
but we need to know you exist and how to contact you!

*2. Come to the last meeting of Earphone English Club! This year in C124 at
lunch Friday and pick up a book to read over the summer.
