[BHS Etree] AC: Final Academic Choice Commencement Meeting + Volunteers Needed

AC Parents -- 

 

The AC Commencement needs volunteers on Friday night and Saturday
afternoon/evening.

 

Can someone go to Pauley Ballroom at U.C. Berkeley Friday night after the
BIHS graduation and pick up some things?

 

On Saturday volunteers are needed at 1 p.m.  to help set up.

 

By 3 p.m. volunteers will be needed to check-in seniors, hand out sashes,
and take food donations.

 

After the graduation there will be clean-up needed.

Please come to the  Final AC Commencement  meeting

  Thursday June 7 at 7 p.m.

  Find out about the  June 9 AC 2012 Commencement.  

  Set the stage for future events.
