PE Waivers

 

SUMMER - Summer PE Waivers will be available to students starting June 4th.
They must pick up the waiver with Ms. James in the Attendance Office.

 

SPRING - Completed Spring PE Waivers are due Friday, June 1st by 4:00 pm.
This deadline is firm, there will be no exceptions.
