Call to Order and Establish Quorum (1 minute)

Approval of Agenda (1 minute)

Public Comment (10 minutes)

Approval of Minutes (3 minutes)

Dean’s Report and Q&A (10 minutes)

Review of changes to Goals and Strategies based on SSC input; amend if needed and approve (10 minutes)

Discuss input from each subcommitee and Dean of Students to produce master calendar of steps for implementing  strategies (55 minutes)

Adjournment
