1. Do you miss being able to walk through or hang out in the Civic Center park? Have you ever taken a closer look at the Peace Wall in the park? Well lucky for you--the park will re-open at lunch this Friday! All students are welcome to come to the park at lunch this Friday, March 30th for a brief Month of Service closing ceremony, to look at new tiles made by BHS students for the wall, and to simply enjoy the park. Be there!

The deadline for election positions - that’s ASB President, Vice-President, Chief of Service, Chief of Social Activities, Class President and Vice President, BSEP or SSC reps - has been EXTENDED to April 12. That’s right you now have until Thursday after the break to get your application in for any ELECTED position in Leadership.

5. Have you read Graceling by Cashore, Beastly by Flinn and If I Stay by Forman? If you have, it’s time to vote for your favorite in the Young Adult Category of the California Young reader medal contest. See Ms. G in the library to get your ballot. Deadline is Friday, so be sure to vote by then!!

6. Are you a Hunger Games fan? Did you count down the days until the movie opened? Be sure to come to the library to get your limited edition Hunger Games bookmark!
