Notice of Public Meeting

The BUSD Office of Community and Family Partnerships (OFCP), responsible for
providing parent education workshops and access to information and services,
is restructuring its centralized district-wide approach of family engagement
to a school-based model.

 

The parent community is invited to attend a scheduled Community Meetings to
learn about and provide feedback on the family engagement program that will
be recommended to the Board of Education as the model to implement in BUSD.

Berkeley Adult School, Multipurpose Room

Aviso de Reuniones Públicas

 

La Oficina de Enlace entre las Familias y la Comunidad de BUSD (OFCP),
responsable de proporcionar talleres de educación para padres y acceso a la
información y servicios, está reestructurando su método centralizado de
trabajo con las familias en todo el distrito a un modelo de enlace y
participación basado en las escuelas.

 

La comunidad de padres y familias está invitada a asistir a una reunión
comunitaria programada para obtener información y dar opiniones sobre sus
expectativas con relación al programa de enlace con las familias.  La
información colectada será incluida en las recomendaciones que dará el
Superintendente a la Mesa Directiva de Educación sobre el mejor modelo para
implementar en BUSD.
