This is a reminder of the monthly Berkeley Athletic Fund (BAF) meeting, tomorrow, Monday, Feb. 13 from 7-9 in the Trainer's room (formerly AD's office), adjacent to the Donohue Gym (near the “Tickets” windows).

Here is a proposed agenda:

BERKELEY ATHLETIC FUND

Proposed Agenda for Feb. 13 BAF meeting:

1.	Approval of Minutes 
2.	Athletic Director’s Report: Bill Gaebler
3.	Treasurers’ Report: Susan Wittstock
4.	Wearables Report:  Susan Rieger
5.	Grant Application from Football team: HUDL software -- Roy Meisner
6.	Strength and Conditioning Coach:  For all sports. Can we fund for the entire year - 3 seasons +summer?  $5,362? or 3 seasons $4,020?
7.	Golf Tournament:  Anne Armstrong (Golf Tourney Liaison)
8.	Follow up on other items discussed last month.

a.	Donations: It was suggested that the BAF board try to reach 100% donation participation.
b.	Bylaws: Jeff Suess volunteered to take a look at the bylaws 
c.	Records of stats for sports - do they exist?  Stats?
d.	Scoreboard and other updates on building project (PA system, snack shack electricity, etc.)  Distribution of  Football Construction News (Richard Boyden)
e.	Parking Lot: Is there a volunteer to take on this duty for fall
f.	Thank you letters for donations: Status.
