Berkeley High Mens Lacrosse Team Registration Night

MANDATORY MEETING!  Tuesday Feb 14th  6:00 - 8:00pm

Calling All Parents and Players, and Coaches!

 

Join us for BHS Men's Lacrosse Registration Night, Tuesday, Feb. 14, 6 -
8:00pm at the Berkeley YMCA's new Teen Center at the corner of Center &
Martin Luther King Jr. Way!

In order to have a successful event and a successful season, we need to have
more volunteers!

 

THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO HAVE VOLUNTEERED!

Names below are people who have already signed up. Join us!

We need 5 people at least at to help at each station!

Set up at 5:30pm: Clean up at 8:00 or so:

Set-up Team - Bebe, David, Patty, Kelly, Richard, Kathy, Suzi, and all that
can help please!

Clean-up Team -  All volunteers!

- Registration/Donations: Bebe Bertolet, Susi Fenn, Anne Jackson, Dani Juni,
David Walton

Help register players, take forms, checks, issue shorts, get all contact
info on players & parents.

 

- Fundraising Letters: Kelly Cash, Renee Bott, Graham Chisholm, Matt
McMohon,

Supervise team players addressing their letters, proofing, counting and
stuffing envelopes

 

- Team Jerseys/uniforms: Patty Coluse, Dawn Morris, 

Issue team uniforms, keep track of jersey and pinnie numbers, get signed
promise to return contract

 

- Logo wear:  Richard Rudd, Renee Bott 
Take orders for team bags, sell t-shirts and sweat shirtsand reconcile sells


- Volunteer Sign up: Kathy Brown, Mary Ann Mary, Allison Watts, 

Sign up parents for all games for scorekeeping and photography and other
duties for the season

 

- Pizza for team: Mac Irvin,  

Order and pick up pizza for the team for the night -- they'll be hungry when
they finish letterwriting

 

- Drinks for team:
Bring water, and healthy drinks for the team.
