Approval of Agenda (1 minute)
 
Approval of Minutes (2 minutes)
 
Public Comment (6 minutes)
 
Dean’s and Safety Officer’s Reports (10 minutes: 5 for reports and 5 for questions; Ardarius McDonald and Billy Keys)
 
Review of required contents of School Safety Plan, from Cal. Ed. Code and Committee bylaws (5 minutes; Dave Peattie)
 
Presentation of draft Safety Plan section on attendance, incident, discipline, and crime data for this year and comparison to prior year(s) (50 minutes; Ardarius McDonald and Billy Keys)
 
Allocate primary responsibility for goal status reports and proposed revisions, for each goal and strategy; select which goals will be discussed at each of the two subsequent meetings so that all are scheduled for review (10 minutes)
 
Updates on Action Items (5 minutes)
