Prospective, new, and returning riders and parents:

The BHS Mountain Bike Racing Team will be holding a rider & parent meeting
on Wednesday, October 19 from 6:45-8 pm at school in Ms. Kavaler's room,
G304.

This meeting is an orientation to the team for parents and riders. It is
considered *must-attend* for new families, but *optional* for returning
families. (We will have multiple returning coaches, parents, and riders at
the meeting to help answer questions.)

New riders, please speak with your parents/guardians about planning to
attend. This meeting will explain time commitments, PE waivers, team dues /
race reg fees / scholarships, bike options, the team uniform

(called "kit"), the race calendar, volunteer opportunities, registration
paperwork, race day activities, and more.

Please be ready to begin the meeting at 6:45pm sharp, as we're required to
leave campus promptly at 8:00pm.

For any new families who have conflicts that absolutely prevent them from
attending the meeting, please contact Head Coach Ben Heilig
(bheilig at gmail.com) as soon as possible to let him know.

***This club meeting overlaps with the BIHS Freshman meeting. Freshman BIHS
families, if possible, please stop by early in room G304 at 6:30pm for a
quick check-in on your way to the BIHS meeting.***
