Elections of Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary (Billy Keys; 10 minutes)

Dean’s Report (10 minutes: 5 for report and 5 for questions; Ardarius McDonald)

Explain basis for November public meeting, choose date/venue; choose subcommittee to work on publicity/invitations/format (10 minutes; Margit Roos-Collins)

Updates of progress on goals to date (45 minutes; Billy Keys, Ardarius McDonald and subcommittee representatives)

Report on District ad hoc Safety Committee meeting (5 minutes; Dave Peattie)
