TO PARENTS OF SENIORS:

In August, a copy of the College Application Handbook for Parents and
Families of Seniors was mailed to the home of all registered seniors, and
you should have received your copy before the end of August. This project
receives funding from the Berkeley High School Development Group for
printing and mailing costs for the handbooks, and we only have enough money
to provide one copy per household. Two-household families can read or
download this Handbook from the BHS College/Career Center website. Go to
www.bhs.berkeley.net and on the left click on "College Career Center" and
then on "Home." On the Home page, click on "Soph, Jr, and Sr College
Application Handbooks" and then on Sr Handbook. Going back to the Home
page, click on "College Application Timeline 2011-2012" for a copy of the
timeline that was included in the mailing.

If your senior was new to BHS this fall and you did not receive a copy of
the Handbook, have your child stop by the College/Career Center to ask
Angela Price for a hard copy.
