The Berkeley Athletic Fund has some great opportunities to sell wearables
and raise funds for the Athletics program, but we can only do it with your
help! Please consider volunteering on one of these occasions:

September 14 - PTSA meeting:

*	6:30 until 7pm: set-up and pre-meeting sales - 2 volunteers needed
*	9:00 - 9:30pm: post-meeting sales and pack up - 2 volunteers
needed

(we will mostly be taking orders that night, so minimal set-up and pack-up
is required)

September 15 - BHS Club Fair:

*	8am - 12:30pm: set-up and sales through lunchtime - 1-2 volunteers
needed

September 22 - Back-to-School Night (before and after class meetings):

*	5:30 until 6:50pm: set-up and pre-event sales in the Food Court --
4 volunteers needed
*	8:30 - 9:15pm: Sales at a mad-house pace and pack-up -- 6
volunteers needed

September 30 - BHS Football Game (Home game vs. Alameda)

*	approx. 5:45-7:00pm: set-up and sales at end of JV game
*	7:00-8:30pm: sales through half-time of Varsity game and pack-up

Two other home football games are on October 28 (Pinole Valley) and
November 10 (Richmond). We'd love to set up at for at least one of these,
if not both, if we can get the volunteers. The priorities right now are
the events in September, but do consider these other dates as well.

Remember, we're still looking for volunteers to replace us as wearables
coordinators by the end of the school year, so if you're interested, start
volunteering to see how you like it. We've found it immensely rewarding
to be able to meet the parents, students, teachers, coaches and staff at
Berkeley High, and to take a relatively easy role in fundraising for our
hard-working coaches and student athletes.
