I have received several questions re what forms need to be turned in.
Students MUST bring a Technology release form; a blue Health form  if there
has been a change from last year or if the student is new (i.e. a freshmen);
proof of Tdap vaccination if not yet turned in; a Jacket subscription form
if you wish to subscribe to the great award-winning student newspaper; a
PTSA membership form; and, if you wish to have a traditional picture packet,
please fill out the ABC Harrell forms and bring money.  The Student ID card
is free. 

 

Also, please bring a backpack for textbooks and your student ID # which is
found on the label of the white envelope in which the summer mailing was
stuffed, $4 for the organizer and a lock for your locker.
