[BHS Etree] VOLULNTEERS - Summer Mailing August 3 and 4, Second call for help

The grand, huge and amazing summer mailing is sneaking up on us: Wednesday
and Thursday, August 3 and 4!  Before you know it, it will be here and
your help is needed to make it happen.So far 19 wonderful people have
responded affirmatively but we need closer to 100 if we are going to pull
this off.   If you can help-for a whole morning, a whole day, an afternoon
or just an hour-please let me know.   

 

Right now the event is scheduled to take place in the foyer of the
Community Theater.  I will set up shop and be there by 8:30 a.m. on
Wednesday and Thursday.  We will work all day Wednesday and until done on
Thursday.  Last year we filled over 40 bags of mail so this is a big deal.
It is also a nice way to meet other BHS parents, students, grandparents,
(the volunteer coordinator's parents), neighbors, and supporters of our
wonderful school.
