The BHS athletic trainer recommends the following:  



Build your body this summer with a Circuit Training Program.  Increase
strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance with the staff at Sports
Medicine Center for Young Athletes at Children's Hospital & Research Center.

Join the Group Circuit Training Class for Athletes of all Ages and
Abilities:

Dates: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday July 18-August 19 at 7:00- 8:15 PM

Location: 744 52nd Street, Oakland.  Go to the clinic past Ortho-Sports
Medicine Center for Young Athletes 

Cost: Drop in (Purchase a Punch Card for $20 a class)
