[BHS Etree] VOLUNTEERS - Urgent year end needs

The year is quickly coming to an end and we very much need your help!

 

1. Textbooks.  Thank you to all the volunteers who came on Monday.  About
half as many people have signed up for Tuesday and almost no one for
Wednesday and Thursday.  If you can possibly come help, please let me know
at jhuseby at pacbell.net. 

 

The hours today, tomorrow and Thursday are as follows:

8:30   -  10:00 am
10:00 -  11:30 am
12:00 -    1:30 pm
 

 

2. Graduation Ticket sales on Thursday.  Only one person has signed up to
help Bobbye Reed sell tickets on Thursday afternoon from 12:30 to 3. (Office
is open from 1 to 3.)  We REALLY need help as we expect the day to be very
very busy.  If you can help, please let me know at jhuseby at pacbell.net
