Call to Order and Establish Quorum (1 minute)

Approval of Agenda (1 minute)

Public Comment (10 minutes)

Approval of minutes (2 minutes)

Dean’s Report (10 minutes: 5 for report and 5 for questions)

Plan and assign recruitment efforts for the summer  (10 minutes)

Review progress on and status of the year’s goals and strategies, with reports from subcommittees and staff on their assignments.    Plan and assign summer work on strategies.  (time as needed).
