[BHS Etree] VOLUNTEERS - Third Call for AP/IB testing Proctors--More Slots Added! Help!

This year the number of students taking AP and IB tests is staggering. A BHS
record.  That's good  and exciting news BUT it does make the number of
proctors needed also a staggering number.   We are asking a lot of people to
give up an entire morning or afternoon.  You are needed because without
proper numbers of proctors, and should we be audited, the testing could be
invalidated.  You are important.  Please note, should you still be
hesitating, this is not a difficult job.  There is a paid administrator at
each test.  Proctors check students in; hand out exams; walk up and down;
hand out bath room passes; and then collect and sort tests.  It is not
challenging but it is necessary.  

Please look over the schedule below to see if there is a time you could
help.   If your computer receives in color, you will see that some of the
tests are highlighted in yellow.  Those exams have been filled.  If your
computer does not receive highlights, don't worry, there is very little
yellow. 

Morning proctors start at 7:30 for AP;  7:45 for IB. Tests should be over
before noon

PM proctors start at 11:45 for both AP and IB. Tests should over before 4. 

Extended time proctors is not extended time for the proctor.   A relief will
be rotated in at noon or 4. 

NEW: Tuesday, April 26 and Wednesday, April 27 3:30 p.m. Booklet
organization (five proctors each day)

All students who are taking an AP test MUST come in NEXT WEEK to the
Community Theater on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 26 or Wednesday, April
27 to fill in the AP test booklet BEFORE  the AP testing actually starts.
Volunteers  will be critical for  quick distribution and collection of the
materials;  for getting students in and seated quickly; and for sorting the
booklets.
