Congresswoman Barbara Lee invites your high school students to participate
in the 31st Annual 9th Congressional District's event- An Artistic

States House of Representatives in respective districts. The work of each
representative's winning artist is displayed in the Halls of Congress for

participate. The 9th Congressional District includes the cities of Alameda,
Albany, Ashland, Berkeley, Castro Valley, Cherryland, Emeryville, Fairview,

presented by Congresswoman Barbara Lee, at a reception at the Oakland Museum
of California on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 2:00 pm.
