    Subcommittee and individual updates on 2010-2011 deliverables:  commit
to    deadlines for each 
    
    Discuss most effective way to progress:  Alternate workshops with
meetings?  Meet once monthly in full committee and meet alternate Tuesdays
in subcommittee groupings?    Continue regular meeting schedule with
subcommittees meeting ad hoc?
