Please join the Arts and Humanities Academy and Communication Arts and Sciences, two Berkeley High small schools, as we host a special screening of Race to Nowhere on Thursday, November 4th.

This film is about the high-pressure culture that has become widespread in our high schools and middle schools. It is a call to action and a great conversation starter about the complex challenges in public education.

This event will be in the Florence Schwimley Little Theater at 7pm (snacks and beverages available before and after the film). The theater is located at 1930 Allston Way in Berkeley, just West of the main entrance to Berkeley High School.

Price: Student tickets $5, Adult tickets $10
Tickets are available online at http://rtnberkeleyhs.eventbrite.com/ or at the door.
You can watch a preview of the film at www.racetonowhere.com.

We hope you can join us to see this important film,

Ray Cagan
Lead Teacher
The Arts and Humanities Academy
