The Berkeley High School PTSA, in cooperation with the League of Women
Voters
of Berkeley, Albany & Emeryville, presents: 
 
SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATES FORUM 
Monday Oct. 18, 2010 from 7:00-9:00pm 
Berkeley Community Theatre
1980 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA 
(enter through Allston Way gates closest to Milvia)

We invite the general public as well as the families of our 3400 Berkeley
High
students to come, meet all six school board candidates, and ask questions.
Our
high school serves one out of three students in the district, but the forum
will address the full range of current education issues, from pre-school
programs through K-12. This non-partisan voter education event will be
moderated by BHS Principal Pasquale Scuderi and students from BHS
Leadership.
Teachers are encouraged to invite their students to attend.


El PTSA de Berkeley High y la liga de mujeres votantes de Berkeley, Albany y
Emeryville invitan muy cordialmente a todos los estudiantes, sus familias y
al
publico en general a un foro para conocer a los seis candidatos que estan
compitiendo por obtener el puesto en el gabinete de el consejo escolar de
esta
ciudad.  El Lunes 18 de Octubre de 7 a 9pm en la escuela Berkeley High, 1980
Alston way en Berkeley CA. Los candidatos Josh Daniels, Norma J F Harrison,
Karen Hemphill, Julie Holcomb, Priscilla Myrick y LeahWilson estaran listos
para responder su preguntas sobre cualquier tema relacionado con todas las
escuelas de esta ciudad.
