Writing the Personal Essay with Ms. Randle (Seniors only)


Give your writing process a kick-start!
2nd session NEXT MONDAY OCT 18  in room C213 3:45- 5:00pm
Seniors can just show up and should bring whatever drafts or ideas they have
so far.

Sherene Randle will be teaching a class after school on Monday afternoons
3:45-5:00pm for BHS seniors who are feeling stuck or need any kind of help
with their personal statements for college applications. Seniors can get
started here and also work with the volunteers who are coming to the College
and Career Center. Since some students respond well to structure rather than
relying on self-motivation, those who benefit from more structure can make a
personal commitment to attend weekly. All welcome (those who have started and
those who have not.)

As long as this class proves to be well used, it will go for only 6 weeks
More through Mon. Nov. 22.

school class.
