This call for help comes from Chris Young, the outstanding Student
Activities Director at Berkeley High School:

Berkeley High's student leaders are encouraging BHS parents and BUSD staff
to donate blood Thursday Sept. 9th in the BHS Community Theater Lobby
between 8:30am and 2:30pm.  They usually have had a struggle filling all
slots with students at the start of the year, so they will take you as a
drop-in.  

Staff and parents can check in at the main office and then will be directed
to the donation center where they can give blood.
