[BHS Etree] ADMIN: Help Needed Mailing Course Requests - 4/9

All 9th-11th grade students have put in their course requests for next
year.  We are in the process of mailing home the requests along with a
transcript and a summary of graduation requirements so there can be a final
parent/student check. If changes are necessary, they may be made next week. 

The mailing task requires matching envelopes and three different letters. 
The front desk has been working on the job for a number of days but the
deadline is looming. The envelopes have been labeled and the 9-11 grade
transcripts inserted, but we have a long way to go.  We need help as the
letters must be in the mail by Friday noon.  I have reserved the Conference
Room in the Admin building Friday, April 9 from 8 a.m. on.  If you could
possible come help, I would be very appreciative.
