Kyle Strang's funeral service will be held this Sunday, April 4th, at 1
p.m., at Temple Emanu-El in San Francisco. The temple is located at Arguello
and Lake (2 Lake Street.) This service and all of the events described
here are open to everyone. There will be an altar at the funeral, where you
can bring something to leave as a symbol of Kyle.

If you are arriving by public transportation take BART downtown to
Montgomery and take the 38 Geary Muni Bus (direction 48th and Lobos Ave) and
get off at the Geary and Arguello intersection. Temple is about an 8 minute
walk from there--walk UP Arguello for about 3 long city blocks and you'll
run into Lake Street. If you're riding Bart/Muni, give yourselves 1 1/2 hrs
to 2 hours to get there.

After the funeral, there will be a burial at the Home of Peace Cemetery
located at 1299 El Camino Real, in Colma about 20 minutes away. (There will
be no funeral procession from Temple Emanu-El to the Home of Peace
Cemetery--if you plan on attending the burial you must provide your own
transportation.)

All are welcome to join a reception at the Strang's home in Berkeley, 1324
Derby Street, after the services. The reception will begin after the burial
service, probably not before 5 p.m., and will end by 8 p.m.

Help is needed with a) preparing food for the reception; and b) set up and
clean up after the reception. If you are available, please email Steve
