The BHS BSEP Committee will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, April 7 from
4:30-7:30 p.m. in the Admin. Bldg. conference room.

	Approval of minutes from last meeting(s)
	Approval of Agenda-Additions/Changes
	Public Comment  
	Chair Report
	Action Item - Accept late proposal for consideration.  
	Discussion- Select proposals to fund in the F/Y 2011 BSEP budget and
allocate amounts to each proposal.
	Action Item- Approve the 2011 BHS BSEP site committee budget for
Programs to Enhance Student Learning, 	using the School Discretionary funds
allocated to BHS by Measure A on a per pupil basis

April 13: 
Agenda: Action Item-Joint meeting between the BHS BSEP committee and the BHS
School Governance Council where the BSEP committee will present the 2011
Site Budget to the SGC for approval. 

May 5: Agenda will be published later in April

The public is welcome to attend all BHS BSEP committee meetings. The budget
that this committee develops each year uses the discretionary site funds
that are allocated to each school site as outlined in Measure A to fund
"Programs to Enhance Student Learning."  The relevant section from Measure A
is copied at the end of this announcement.  You may read the entire measure

The purpose of the BSEP Site Committee is "to develop a budget to allocate
BSEP/Measure A School Site Discretionary Funds for the personnel, services
and materials required to deliver effective activities leading to improved
student performance as outlined in the Single Plan for Student Achievement."
The committee expects to have over $700,000 available to allocate to site
enrichment programs for the coming school year. Contact either of the
co-chairs if you are interested in becoming a member of the BSEP committee
next term.
