Junior Prom is only two weeks away!  It will take place at the Bayside
Pavilion in Alameda on Saturday, April 10 from 7-11pm.  The theme is "Hour
of Elegance" (changed from XI Lounge).  A professional event planner is
helping us to make this a truly elegant and classy affair.  

Tickets are currently $60.  A $5 discount is offered to students who are
registered as receiving free lunch.  Tickets will remain at $60 until
Wednesday, April 7.  Tickets will be $65 on the Thursday and Friday
preceding the Junior Prom.  Tickets are sold during lunch and after school
at the Athletic Office ticket window by the Donahue Gym.

Students must have their BHS ID to purchase a ticket.  A new or replacement
ID can be obtained in the counseling office for $10.  Non-BHS guests of a
student are permitted with clearance.  Guest passes are available at the
ticket window and in the Leadership Office.  Guest passes are due fully
complete by the end of lunch on Thursday, April 8.  They should be shown to
purchase a guest ticket and then submitted to Mr. Young in the Leadership
Office.

The dress code is formal.  Any gang, violence, sexual, or drug references on
clothing or accessories will result in denial of entry.  Dresses must be
mid-thigh or lower and not be too revealing (safety officer's discretion at
the door)!  Your nicest threads, suits or tuxedos for boys - no jeans or
sagging of the pants!  

The dance conduct policy will be strictly enforced.  Students will be warned
a first time, then asked to sit out a second time, and then escorted out of
the prom if dancing is inappropriately sexual.  Please speak with your
student about self-respect, respect of others and keeping it comfortable and
fun for everyone!  

Picture information will be included when the student receives their
official ticket on Thursday or Friday before the Prom.
