[BHS etree] ADMIN: Update on Police Action at Lunch on 1/26/10

At the beginning of lunch an adult male came onto the Berkeley High campus through the A gate, shouting. A Berkeley High Safety Officer asked him to stop but the individual refused. Other safety officers were called to use the team approach in escorting the individual off campus. Our School Resource Officer, a member of the Berkeley Police Department, was called to assist in detaining the individual, as were other Berkeley Police officers. The police arrested the individual and took him into custody. No students were touched or harmed in any way.
