Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Wrestling Team for an excellent performance last weekend. The Boys Varsity Wrestling Team placed 3rd at the Oakland Tech Invitational. Senior Jasper Werby at 140 pounds and Junior Ben Cerami at heavyweight took home gold medals. Cerami was also named the most outstanding heavyweight of the tournament. Sophomore Dominic Francisco at 125 pounds and Freshman Edward Fong at 145 pounds won silver medals and Senior Malcom Moody earned the bronze medal at 160 pounds. At the Napa Valley Girls Classic Seniors Miya Sommers at 118 pounds and Aida Marin at 147 pounds both took home gold medals and freshman Iris Stegman finished in 8th place. Way to go BHS wrestlers!!
