There are always interesting jobs at Berkeley High! Below are three opportunities: one new and two ran late last week.

1. In October roughly 700 sophomores and a number of juniors took the PSAT. The exam booklets have arrived back at Berkeley High. In order to hand out the PSAT results, the booklets must first be sorted by class. This is a time consuming job and the College and Career center is looking for parents/guardians of Seniors or Freshmen who are willing to come in from 10:30 to 12:30 any day next week to start the sorting. If you can help, please contact Janet Huseby at jhuseby at pacbell.net

2. Teachers Mike Vaughn and Rachel Chodrow-Reich are taking their combined sophomore classes to the Asian Art Museum Thursday, Nov. 19th. The class will travel by BART leaving BHS at 8:30 and returning by 3:30. If you would like to go along with a great group of kids to see a fabulous museum, please contact Mr. Vaughn at Mike_Vaughn at berkeley.k12.ca.us or by phone 848-1619.

3. Charles Keefe our Attendance Officer needs some clerical help (mindless but very important) one day a week any time after nine either morning or afternoon. For the pain and suffering he will take you out to lunch! Please contact Charles directly at Charles_Keefe at berkeley.k12.ca.us.
