[BHS etree] ADMIN: How to Handle Missing Registration Days

Next school year the counseling department will not accept any schedule
changes after registration week (August 24 to 28).  If your child absolutely
cannot come to registration, you may send a proxy to pick up his or her
schedule.  The proxy should either be the parent or come with a written note
from the parent with a contact phone number.  The student should be
available by phone when the proxy picks up the schedule as--if there IS a
mistake--the counselor will need to talk to the student in order to resolve
the issue.  The proxy can turn in forms and purchase a school organizer.
Unfortunately, the proxy cannot have a picture ID taken which is a necessary
step in getting a locker and checking out textbooks both of which will
happen during registration.  Students who are not here for registration will
have to complete these tasks before school, during lunch and after school on
Wednesday, September 2.

(please note the hours have not been set.  But, we anticipate they will be
 9 to 12, 1 to 3)

Freshmen, Monday, August 24
Sophomores, Tuesday, August 25
Juniors, Wednesday, August 26
Seniors, Thursday, August 27
Makeup Day, Friday, August 28
