We are almost done with the AP/IB testing!  Below is our last week of
scheduled exams and venues. Please note,  due to a proctor's jury duty, we
need one more proctor on Tuesday, May 19 for the IB chemistry exam.  In
addition, because of  poor sound during the oral sections of AP Spanish and
AP French, the College Board has given BHS permission to rerun that portion
of the test.  We could use a proctor for each exam.  See below.
 
 
1. Monday, May 18: This is a school Holiday.  The exams below will take
place in the Library.  The only entrance open will be through the main doors
on the corner of Allston Way and Milvia.  Please note, students were given a
different location.  The library is the correct location.  If you are a
proctor, one of the tennis court parking lots on Milvia will be open.  You
do not need a parking pass on the 18th. 
 
IB Spanish: Students report at 8 a.m. (7:50 a.m. for proctors)

IB Chemistry: Students report at 12:15 p.m. (12:05 p.m. for proctors )

2. Tuesday, May 19: 
IB Chemistry (8:50 a.m. proctor) Students report at 9 a.m. West Gallery of
the Community Theater/ proctors Despina Prapavessi and (still open)
 
 
3. Thursday, May 21: 

IB French (7:50 a.m. proctor) Students report at 8 a.m. West Gallery of the
Community Theater / proctor Betsy Bigelow-Teller

AP Spanish AP Listening Make-up (noon) Proctors needed for one hour. Venue
is in one of the galleries of the Community Theatre.
