Third call for help for the AP/IB exams. Below is the complete AP/IB exam schedule. Next to the test I have the number of proctors needed. Below the test I have the names of the noble volunteers who have already stepped up. Dear community, you will see that we have a long ways to go. If you have a child taking an exam or more, please step up and proctor another exam. We cannot do this without your help.
We are asking morning proctors to be in their places ready to go at 7:30 so please come a little before (7:20). We are asking afternoon proctors to come at 11:30. Please see the note from Ms. Williams who is in charge of all the AP tests re times at the bottom of this email.

Note on Timing
The tests run three hours, but there is at least 30 minutes of instructions and bubbling before the timed portion starts and many tests have a short break (in the room) while the first section materials are collected and the section is passed out. We would like to start the instructions by 8:15 and 12:15, so that the morning test hopefully ends before an afternoon test is scheduled and the afternoon test should be done by 4 p.m. (except for those students who have extended time).
