        2. Establish quorum: 8 voting members including 2 staff,
2 students and 2 parents

        3. Introductions

        4. Approval of minutes from last meeting(s)

        5. Approval of Agenda-Additions/Changes

4:35    Public Comment

4:45    Discussion- Which proposals to fund in the F/Y 2010  
BSEP budget and amounts to allocate to each proposal.

7:15    Dinner Break

7:30    Action Item-Finish discussion and select the list of  
proposals that will be considered for inclusion in the final budget.

8:30 - 9:00 Adjourn
