[BHS etree] INCOMING STUDENTS: Two Important Dates

1. The Fall Information Night for Prospective Families is set for
Thursday, Nov. 20 at 7 p.m. in the Community Theater.  This event,
while open to anyone interested, is primarily aimed at families who
are new to the BUSD.  The  evening will feature a panel of current
students, a BHS college advisor, and a question-and-answer period with
Principal Jim Slemp.

2. Information Night for the class of 2013 is scheduled for Tuesday,
January 13 at 7 p.m. in the Community Theater.  Representatives from
the four small schools and the two programs will make presentations.
In addition, representatives from the Math, Science, PE and World
Language Departments  will be available for questions, as will a
number of parent and student organizations.  This meeting is the
essential first step in the process of  enrolling your child in next
year's ninth grade.  Students should plan on attending the night with
their parents.
