[BHS etree] INCOMING FAMILIES: Missing lottery results, African American Studies letter

1. The results of the first round lottery results were mailed over 10 
days ago.  All families who were enrolled in the district and 
submitted a placement request should have received a letter by now. 
If you have not received one it could be that your address is in the 
system incorrectly.  Please call the office and leave your name and 
address and child's name so the school can verify the address. The 
office number is 644-6120.  You will speak to either Ruby Taylor or 
Belinda McDaniel.

2. Last week a second letter was mailed to all incoming families with 
information about the African American department and in particular 
about Kiswahili-one of the five languages we offer at Berkeley High. 
This information was to have gone out in the earlier mailing but 
missed the boat.
