[BHS etree] SENIORS: empty envelope explained

Last week at least seven senior families-and maybe more-received an
empty envelope from BHS.  I have tracked the mailing down.  It was
sent out by the BHS Class of 2008 Student Leadership and contained the
following information. (summarized here);

1. Thursday, Jan. 17 Juan's Place on 941 Carleton Street is donating
25% of all proceeds to the senior class. A raffle will also take
place.

2.  On Friday, Feb. 29 the Berkeley High Talent Show will be hosted by
the Senior class.  Signups are accepted in D148

3. Senior Prom will be held May 24 at the Westin SF. Tix go on sale at
the end of Feb.

4. Achievers will be on campus Jan. 31 to accept cap/gown, class ring
and graduation orders.  This will be the last day to order before
prices go up.  Orders forms are in D148. Questions: call Achievers
