Subject: [BHS etree] ETREE: Back-to-School Night - October 11 - 7pm

Because some families have been asking about the date for Berkeley
High School's Back-to-School Night, we are providing some information
we have available at this time.

The date for Back-to-School Night is Thursday, October 11, at 7:00
p.m. at Berkeley High School.

Sometime in the next two weeks or so, all families should be receiving
a letter mailed home from Principal Jim Slemp with some details about
Back-to-School Night.  

There will also be a blank schedule form in the mailing.  By October
11, students will need to fill in their class schedule for their
parents/guardians, who will then be able to follow that schedule,
beginning with first period at 7:00 p.m.  Each "class period" will
consist of a ten-minute informational session, and when the bell rings
families proceed to the next class.

This is an evening for parents/guardians and not for students, and it
is also not the time to discuss your student's performance with the
teacher.  Teachers will let you know how to reach them to make
separate appointments, should they be desired.
